SUMMARY:

Serves as the principal support for the Senior Management Team and Board of Directors. Maintains accurate records including meeting minutes, prepares external correspondence and reports, coordinates the flow of internal and external communications within Broward Community & Family Health Centers. Acts as the liaison between the CEO and internal departments and external organizations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Health, or related field and/or a
    minimum of five (5) years' experience in an executive office setting.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, Board of Directors and in the community.
  • Computer literate with experience in Microsoft office products.
  • Ability to act as a liaison between leadership, external organizations, political officials and the community at large.

  • Ability to work independently on projects and activities, from conception to completion
  • Able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
