The Human Resources Director is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources department. They oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff. They ensure appropriate credentialing and privileging for clinical practitioners. He/she also consults with senior executives on strategic planning and serves as a liaison between the organization’s management and its employees


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field required. Two (2) years' experience in a healthcare organization preferred.
  • The ability to interpret and apply applicable federal and state laws relating to human resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
